This meal should be served as a buffet so that everyone can create their own special "hay stack". Begin with the rice and follow with the chicken and shrimp then all the different fresh toppings and final topping being the chow mien noodles and then each guest can choose one of the Pepper Soy Fusion sauces to top their meal. Everything can be prepared up to 6 hours before serving except the rice and chicken, which should be served as soon as they are fully cooked. Serves 8
