Place fish, skin side down, in a shallow baking dish. Combine all other ingredients; pour over the fish. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 45 minutes, up to 6 hours. Drain fish, reserving marinade. Place fish, skin side down on grill until fish flakes easily when tested, approximately 12 minutes, however time will vary depending upon individual grill temperatures. Place fish on serving plates and keep warm. Bring the reserved marinade to a boil in a saucepan, and cook for 3 minutes. Pour over fish and serve. Serves 8
